QuickLabels ("the app") generates printable address-label PDFs from a Shopify store's orders. This policy explains what data the app accesses and how it's handled.
When you generate labels, the app reads, only for the orders you select, the order's shipping address — name, company, street, city, region, postal code, and country. This is protected customer data, and the app requests only the minimum needed to print a mailing label. It does not access customer email or phone numbers.
The app stores no customer personal data. Shipping addresses are fetched from Shopify on demand, rendered into a PDF, and not retained. The only data persisted is:
Both are keyed to your shop domain and contain no customer information.
app/uninstalled webhook, which deletes the
stored token and preferences for your shop.customers/data_request and
customers/redact (the app holds no customer data, so there is nothing to return
or erase) and shop/redact (deletes the shop's stored data). The app does not sell or share data with third parties. Order data is exchanged only between your Shopify store and the app's server to render labels.
All data is transmitted over TLS. The access token and preferences are stored in Cloudflare KV, which is encrypted at rest.
